Commercial Divers

  • If you use your drysuit for work, let us know if you need your suit back as soon as possible and we will try to do your suits first
  • Add a note with your suit giving us your contact information and that it is a work suit
  • Plan ahead for next year by looking at your suit in August and have it fixed before it gets cold outside

  • The amount of insurance you want on the suit for return shipping
  • Remove the outside layer of the White's Fusion dry suit and keep it safe at home
  • Please leave your dry suit bag at home so it does not get lost

Dry suit repair includes the cost of labor and materials

  • Gamble Scuba carries a large supply of latex seals (G-dive, Specialized Latex, SI Tech, OS Systems)
  • Neoprene seals (custom made)
  • Dry glove systems (SI Tech)
  • Zipper replacements
  • Boot replacement (Brooks, Dive Rite, DUI, and Heavy Duty Work Boots)
  • P-valves (Light Monkey - balanced and unbalanced, and Dive Rite balanced)
  • Compressed neoprene socks 3.5 mm men’s sizes 5 to 15
  • Exhaust and Inflation Valves (SI Tech)
  • Pockets (Dive Rite, Golem Gear, and Light Monkey)
  • Suspenders (custom made)
  • Seam repair

Leak Test

  • Recommend if a leak is suspected - additional charges apply
  • All DUI TLS suits will include a leak test before repairs - additional charges apply

Neck and Wrist seal replacement

  • Indicate if you want latex or neoprene seals
  • Neck size
  • Wrist size  - your dominant hand usually has a larger wrist size, so measure both please

Boot replacement

  • Street shoe size, indicate if mens or womens
  • you can also draw an outline of your bare foot on a piece of cardboard and send it with the suit
  • Is the leg length of the suit OK the way it is? If not it can be changed.
  • Gamble Scuba can ship boots or socks to you to try on - credit card deposit required, there is an additional cost for shipping and return of boots/socks

P valves

  • Installed or sold separately
  • Brand: Dive Rite or Light Monkey
  • Do you want balanced or unbalanced?
  • Installed on right or left side?
  • The best thing to do is put the suit on and mark the spot for the p valve placement with a silver sharpie pen
  • Neoprene suits require more time as the neoprene has to be compressed over several days prior to installing the valve

Relief zipper

  • The best thing to do is put the suit on and draw a horizontal line for the location of the relief zipper placement with a silver sharpie pen


Pocket placement

  • Installed or sold separately
  • Pockets can be installed on most drysuits
  • Brand: Dive Rite, Golem Gear, or Light Monkey pockets
  • Placement on right or left side, or both?
  • The best thing to do is put the suit on and hold the pocket on your suit and mark the corners of the pocket placement with a silver sharpie marker

SI Tech Drysuit Valves

  • Inflation SI Tech with button
  • Inflation SI Tech with Slide
  • Exhaust SI Tech
  • Gamble Scuba is able to rebuild the customers inflation valve

Dry suit Storage

  • Allow your suit to dry completely
  • Store your dry suit indoors in a temperature controlled environment
  • Avoid storing in heat
  • Avoid storing under florescent lighting
  • Keep your zippers clean, and waxed with bee's wax
  • Leave the zipper open


Proper way to fold the suit for storage

  • Lay your suit flat on the floor, with the zipper facing down
  • Roll the suit up loosely starting at the feet
  • Fold the arms in to the center
  • Store the suit in a drysuit bag
